By accessing or using the Vaya Taxi mobile application or web portal, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and comply with all applicable local transport regulations.
Rides are requested and confirmed directly in the app. Excessive cancellations or platform abuse may result in temporary or permanent service suspension.
All ride fares are displayed upfront before confirmation. You agree to settle payments in full via mobile money, card, or cash. Vaya Taxi is not liable for third-party payment gateway delays.
Users and drivers are expected to interact respectfully. Harassment, verbal abuse, fraud, or unsafe behavior will trigger immediate account deactivation.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. Please report any unauthorized account access or security breaches to our support team right away.
We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically. Continued platform usage after published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Vaya Taxi platform at any time if any of these terms are violated.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any legal disputes or claims shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malawian courts.
